Paylocity Review.
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity as a full-solution HRIS. We use it for Payroll, Compensation, Performance, and Talent Solutions. We have several subsidiaries that handle all that. I wish it were a little easier for International, but for our Domestic operations, it's fantastic.
Pros
- It is very intuitive, so easy to find your way around or figure things out.
- It offers a lot of great self help resources and tools. Easy to find answers to questions.
- The reporting functionality is very robust.
Cons
- When assigning merit, it is infuriating that you have to do it by position and can't just select the names you want in the merit module.
- In the compensation module, after launching a plan, you can't edit the people in the plan. It's like the ONE uneditable field.
- In the compensation module... for market pay, you can't export salary data to Excel. Seriously.
- Definitely cheaper than ADP.
- Better applicant tracking and duplicity.
The time and labor function is great - we have automated a lot with time tracking. And the self-service option for employees is great too.
We do not use these tools.
