Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use the HR and Payroll modules to manage employee onboarding and personnel files, and the payroll system to generate and print employee paychecks.

Pros

  • Allowing us to manage all employee details from a single website.
  • Support usually helps us find the best answer when we have issues.
  • Allows me to create and manage reports.

Cons

  • How long support takes to get back with us.
  • When Paylocity releases an update, something in the employee's onboarding process tends to get messed up.
  • Could make it easier to make reports.
  • Being able to add more fields to custom fields and/or adding a delivery driver section, such as insurance expiration, Mvr Expiration, and such.
  • Reduced time onboarding employees.
  • Reduced paper usage.
It has reduced our time on certain aspects.
None
Works well for the most part but could use some updates and/or fixes in other areas.
Paychex was before my time.

Hr and Payroll functions work well. Some minor details could use work, such as uploading documents, which could include a field for an expiration date.
