Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We have a medium size company and we use Paylocity to facilitate our payroll.

Pros

  • Things run efficiently 75% of the time
  • Most of the time I get an English speaking agent on the phone
  • Sometimes I get really great agents who know what they are doing at Paylocity

Cons

  • They really sell on a relationship with Service... but that relation is lacking
  • They have recently done some updates to the payroll interface and there are glitches and things that have been "known-issues" for several months
  • The reporting interface is not very user friendly and sometimes too specified
  • More consistent processes on reporting 401k/pushing to fidelity
  • More efficient process on importing time
Unfortunately, it made benefits much harder.
We have not utilized those as much.
I think it is user friendly over all, just has some issues in certain areas.
Each has its ups and downs

I think everything Paylocity has to sell could be great, there are minor issues but overall it works well. It is just hard when there are issues, it feels like it takes longer than necessary to resolve them.
