Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for all our organizational needs except for benefits. Our problem sometimes with Paylocity is the support line and getting through to a customer service rep, I think the platform is user friendly once you have the experience of how it is used. I do think they need to upgrade their dashboard and the knowledge peak, as far as instructions on how to use a category within the platform.

Payroll scheduling has been nice since we can set up the batches and other details within the batch. Talent acquisition, I believe, is consistent, and there are no issues from us. We only need the reporting to be better. We struggle to get the reports for what we need without spending so much time piece mealing them together.
We have had issues with the survey tools. We use the community peer recognition but I'm not sure the employees use this community though. I know we are trying to set up the voice now but have struggled to set up and the knowledge base is not good with directions.
