Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Paylocity is our payroll manager and time clock for hourly employees. Their mobile app makes it easy for employees to clock in and out (inside our geofence). Tracking their time, vacation, sick leave, etc is super easy once you get everyone set up. The best part is how they file all the reports to the state and federal agencies. They are also always updating their features. Lastly, their support is easy to contact and always very knowledgeable to help you solve your issue on the first call.

One off checks tend to be clunky in input
Our employees seem to have trouble clocking in/out at times

Paylocity has minimized the time it takes to track employee time and input into a payroll system. The hard work is done for you.

Usability

Overall its fairly easy, but sometimes the more obscure tasks are hard to figure out.
