Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for payroll and now we are trying to use it also for Rewards and Recognition. We have begun using Paylocity for notices to employees.
Payroll was done previously by another very large payroll company. We have three locations where employees often work at more than one location. The other payroll company was not able to consolidate their paycheck, thus they would get two paychecks. UGH.
We are trying to implement Rewards for our employees, and hopefully it will work out. Not sure yet.

Pros

- An overwhelming number of products to use with your company
- Great initial onboarding to Paylocity
Cons
- Better support of their ancillary products
- Assigning one person to work with in customer support instead of getting multiple people, who only call you back, rarely answering the phone when you call
- Out of Cycle pay is easy
None yet, it has taken three months to get it to work
Paylocity is far more powerful and flexible than ADP SmartCompliance. But the ADP workflow is more streamlined.
