Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I mainly use the recruiting area, but also I use it for myself as an employee, and to manage things for the employees I manage. I like having all of the information in one spot.

Pros

  • reminders of tasks
  • resume organization/application tracking
  • easily able to see benefits, time off etc.

Cons

  • For the recruiting, I wish you could tag team members so they could take a look at things or be alerted of a note
  • I wish I could edit the flow of the statuses-ie interview 1 etc.
  • reduced time on tasks
  • more consistent processes
Yes that has helped. The application tracking system helps me focus on recruitment. I also love that the advertising is right there on the site (jobtarget).
We haven't used those much yet.
It's easy to use and many great features that make it a one stop shop.

I like that it's all in one spot. We used to use Nimble for applications and I liked some aspects like tagging or being able to edit the statuses without having to have a new job post.
