Overall Satisfaction with Paypro Workforce Management

We use it across the board. The program has saved time, provides on-line reporting for both management and employees.
  • Paypro offers great service.
  • It's an excellent product, at an affordable price.
  • Easier on-the-fly reporting abilities. The current reporting is a bit tedious, even for those less IT-oriented managers.
  • We saw a return on our investment in less than 3 years.
  • Enabling department-heads and employees the ability to have easy access to HR & payroll information without waiting for HR.
Of my 30 years experience from ADP to off the shelf payroll packages, Paypro is second to none. They acknowledge when they do not have an answer and quickly provide the follow up with who provided and what the answer is.
Every day, from our rep Paulette to upper management Laura Blanke. Even the sales reps check back in.
Help and training are always available.
Always a work in progress. We strive to keep expanding our knowledge, Paypro's staff and on-line tools provide a responsive, point to point solutions to our needs.
ADP, Ceridian, HRAPP, Quickbooks, Sage, Paycor, Gusto, OnPay.
Well suited for small to mid-size companies.

Using Paypro Workforce Management

8 - Upper and middle level management positions.
1 - A few with limited IT knowledge and experience to very experienced staff members. Individuals with limited knowledge can navigate to complete time management tasks fairly easily within the system. These individuals are the ones who have saved the most time by our change and upgrades to Paypro.

Paypro Workforce Management Implementation

The Paypro team was organized, professional, kept you on the budgeted timeline, followed up, was patient, experienced and truly cared. You would never think there were understaffed!
Yes - * Software & hardware.
* Timekeeping training.
* Payroll training
* HR training.
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - Not sure the statement is worded correctly. Did we have and organizational change - yes. Was it significant - yes, previously managers were completing timekeeping by hand and the payroll person was completing all edits, requests and HR issues.

  • It was the smoothest transition in my 30+ years of using payroll & hr systems!

  • not sure what you mean by "elegant" if that's a reporting or visual point then I find the system is average.
  • Changing sorting and searching reporting capabilities - not difficult but could be improved.
  • Creating reports - not difficult but could be improved.
Yes - Average capabilities, approximately 60% of our staff uses it.
