Overall Satisfaction with Paypro Workforce Management
We are using it across our organization for time and attendance, payroll processing, onboarding, tax filing and as an employee self-service tool.
- Reporting has allowed us to view timesheets status in real-time. This enables us to be able to track missing and unapproved timesheets which is critical to us processing payroll in a timely manner.
- Since timesheet reporting is quicker and accurate we were able to move our payroll processing up by a day. Doing so allows us to generate our client billing a day earlier which in turn means invoices are going out sooner and being paid quicker.
Support has been amazing from day one! As an organization, we have challenged PayPro with some unique requests and every time they have figured out how to accommodate the request and make it work. Not to say they get it right on the first try but they work any issues all the way through until they get it right.
On our very first payroll processing, we had issues with the way we set up our timesheet approval configuration. Doing so resulted in timesheets being approved in a timely manner and we were in jeopardy of not meeting the payroll processing deadline. Laura Blanke and the Implementation team worked with us and ensured we got the job done. We came very close to not making payroll but the dedication of Laura and her team reassured us the decision we made to switch to PayPro was the right one. Imagine if we did not pay 450 consultants that were out on client sites working and they did not receive their money come payday.
The implementation process was very hands-on from PayPro's side. As a staffing company, our data was constantly changing as were on-boarding and off-boarding employees as new assignments started and ended. Having to maintain the information in our current system as well as keeping PayPro up-to-date was challenging and time-consuming to say the least. Laura Blanke and her team assisted with this and made sure our data was clean and up-to-date prior to processing our first payroll.
As previously stated our system has been customized and configured to meet the needs of our business. Unfortunately, we have learned from experience by making a changes to accommodate one need we don't realize how it will impact the way our system is configured. It would be helpful if such changed were done in a test environment first before being implemented.
PayPro is very good at customer service. I love the one to one relationship I have with PayPro. When it comes to dealing with Vendors relationships are tricky. Customer service is a HUGE factor and PayPro excels at that! Previous Vendors could care less about our needs. We were just a number. At PayPro it is a relationship. Thanks!
PayPro has been great at helping us address the complex needs of our customers and consultants. Whether it is a client needing historical access to timecards or enabling us to pay an employee a daily rate they were able to customize their system to meet our needs. That said, it has it's negative challenges as well. Since we have a lot of customization we have found that by making additional changes it sometimes affects the current set up of our system. Recently, we had an issue with paying overtime because we had requested a change to some company-level information that impacted other custom settings that resulted in overtime payments being paid incorrectly.
