Overall Satisfaction with Paypro Workforce Management
Workforce is being used by all non-union staff as a self portal. Staff are able to use it to request time off, benefit open enrollment and change personal information. Human Resources uses Workforce for reports, timekeeping (Kronos) and payroll. Significantly reduced the time managing time and payroll.
- Customer Service: by far the best customer service I've ever received. Very knowledgeable and responsive.
- Payroll: reduced our payroll processing by a full day.
- Timekeeping: the cohesiveness with Kronos and Workforce is very good.
- Report Writing: Canned reports are antiquated like a dinosaur. Users should be able to design their own reports like all other systems. Click and it's there. Currently, it's not at all what it can be.
- Very rigid with contract: meaning when a rule change and/or policy has changed the company is charged in order to make the change.
- Integration within the system. There are times when you change the information in the system then it randomly changes another section.
- Allowed less time for HR in regards to benefit open enrollment. Less manual entry for employees.
- The payroll process was sped up and relieved Payroll of a 2-day ordeal.
Ann Sochi, our HRIS Specialist was instrumental in assisting with our open enrollment and ACA reporting. Any question I had (especially for ACA) she was there if she didn't know the answer she found it immediately.
I was not at my company at the beginning of the implementation. But, when I did arrive and worked with the departing employee she may have had PTSD. It did not go smoothly.
Paypro has developed reports for the mandatory reporting that is needed. It made the process easy.
Used ADP TotalSource prior to Workforce. Customer service was not ideal and nickle and dimed everything. I used Paychex Flex at my previous location. Report writing was much easier and less cumbersome with Paychex.
