Overall Satisfaction with Paytm
It has been used across the entire organization. Also, it's very helpful for taking payments very fast in terms of purchasing equipment or office products and makes this process simpler. We have also used this for paying some office expenses which includes the electricity bill too.
- Faster Transaction in just a few clicks.
- Various options on buying products.
- Also, some cash back with each transaction.
- The interface on mobile can be improved.
- Website performance is low on desktop.
- There should be a section wherein users can find all the offers in a single page with filters and sorting.
- Negative: Organization for invoice tracking.
- Positive: Allowed for one main account and multiple sub-accounts.
I've found PayPal to be less user-friendly. Paytm is, overall, much easier to use in my current market.
