Overall Satisfaction with Pendo.io

I use Pendo regularly to read and respond to comments specific to our product.

Pendo helps me to ensure that I have the most up to date information from my users, and it helps me identify trends that our users might be experiencing.

Overall, I say I use Pendo 3 times a week!

Pros

  • I like the format of data pulls
  • I like how it syncs with Slack
  • I like that I can create my own custom reports.

Cons

  • If anything, I would say that the UI could use some improvement.
  • Pendo has helped us increase our overall NPS
  • Pendo has made it easy to reach out to users who are not satisfied
  • We are able to identify trends in our product to ensure user satisfaction.
The main page is a little overwhelming for first time users, but not horrible!

Pendo is a great tool to identify trends in the satisfaction of your product. The ability to pull a report, and filter down to specific keywords, or ratings, or even companies, is very useful.

If you are looking for a way to identify your user satisfaction, I would recommend Pendo.
