Overall Satisfaction with PingPlotter
PingPlotter is used in our networking and IT department and
it is great in the diagnosis of the cause of the network issues. It provides us
with the graph after testing the route. Initially, it was hard for us to look
for the cause of network problems but after getting PingPlotter we can monitor
internal network problems and it helps in reducing the duration of the
troubleshooting issues. It has been beneficial in saving our time.
