Overall Satisfaction with Pipedrive
Pipedrive is used by the GetAccept to manage our sales workflow - all the way from appointment set to contract signed. We are able to visibly see deals in play and the reps love the way in which the approach is highly visual. Given that the tool has a very small learning curve, I find I am able to onboard new users in a short space of time. We also use a variety of add-ons inside Pipedrive to broaden the functionality of the platform.

- Support staff are always helpful
- Would like to see a little work on the reporting side
- Perhaps developing the capability of the Product Database section would allow us to do more pricing related estimations in the platform
- If I had a negative one we would no longer be customers!
