Pipedrive is a solid starter CRM
Overall Satisfaction with Pipedrive
We use Pipedrive to manage all sales-related activities as well as managing customer success—post-sales as well as tracking outreach efforts and contact data. Email and call information, as well as new leads and inbound interest, are all captured in the system.
Pros
- Pipeline
- Managing changes
- Amazing support
- Basic sales management
- Customizable
Cons
- Reporting, they have very limited reporting capabilities.
- Pipedeive has a hard time managing organizations with sub-organizations and sharing data
- Pipedrive is a beginner CRM
- Making mass changes to fields isnt as simple as other tools.
- You have to go to different places to run reports and make sure you're in the correct place.
- Pipeline management
- It would be nice if you could customize the pipeline view to show different things
- We definitely wouldnt be as far along in our sales process without a CRM.
Pipedrive is nowhere near as capable as Salesforce, but it's also much easier to manage. I think of Pipedrive as a simple version CRM that is good for managing inbound lead's interests in an organized way. When you have a larger sales structure with different components and teams it may not have the capabilities you need.
