I have been using Pixpa as my online portfolio builder for 1 year and it has been a superb experience with the tools they provide to quickly and easily build my website. Moreover, my website loads pretty fast, and this acts as an advantage for them, since most of top website builders are struggling with slower site speed. Pixpa has a very easy interface and compelling templates, better than Squarespace and Wix (I think) along with pre-built content blocks which I can use to build any kind of custom page with the help of their awesome drag-and-drop PageBuilder tool. This saves a lot of my time.

Change management was minimal - Pixpa is easy to set up. I remember setting it up in one go. It hardly took 1-1.5 hours to put my professional website live. Anyone with senses can easily set up their website with super-ease. Moreover, if you are stuck at some point they have an in-app conversation tool where you can request support.

No - This is the best part about Pixpa's support. There is no additional cost associated with their support. No matter how big or small the problem is, the customer success and support team does its best to solve the issue on a priority basis. Had there been an additional cost, I would have definitely paid them for their awesome support. But in all my senses, I believe they won't charge for their support services as this is what distinguishes them from similar services.
