Overall Satisfaction with Planview Projectplace

Projectplace is a great tool for team collaboration. First we tried to use the tool within one department to see how it works. For other departments we used another tool. Now we are integrating Projectplace in the other departments as well as for communication and collaboration between our multiple offices, because we like how it works.
  • Gantt chart functionality is awesome.
  • Very user friendly.
  • Pricing options are not flexible.
  • Reports are not as visual as I'd like them to be.
  • It has a positive impact.
We still use Trello and will continue to use it for some teams and specific tasks, we also use Basecamp mostly within the technical team. Planview Projectplace is the tool that we hope will help us to move most of our work for collaboration and communication in one place to improve efficiency.
Planview Projectplace is well suited for both small and big organizations who would like to improve the efficiency of internal and external team collaboration processes. Not very well suited for those who need lot of clear and visual reports, because the reporting system of Planview Projectplace needs to be improved a bit.
