Overall Satisfaction with Planview Projectplace

The Marketing team used Planview Projectplace to plan and manage integrated marketing programs. It allows us to collaborate in one, shared place, with teams around the company including sales, demand generation and customer success. With Planview Projectplace it is possible to see the status of all the activities and projects at any time. The tool enables real-time collaboration with material sharing, comments, mentions and updates.

I value Planview Projectplace at 7/10 since its support is complete and quickly available. The support touchpoints include Email/Help Desk, FAQs/Forum, Knowledge Base, Phone Support and Chat. My experience with learning how to use the tool and then actively perform on the platform as a user [is that] it's efficient and positive.
I value Planview Projectplace at 8/10 since it supports, improves and simplifies the ability to document, manage and track each part of the company's projects. It assures easiness to navigate and it allows non-Project Managers and non-technical people to easily use the tool and it features. Additionally, the tool is mobile responsive.
Compared to other collaboration tools, Planview Projectplace helps reduce [the amount of] emails and meetings since it allows us to directly collaborate within the tool. It assures visibility across teams, plus document management is very valuable. The review process is simplified and flexible. The only pain point compared to other providers is that the payment of the license is yearly instead of monthly.
The tool is well suited for fast activities tracking, allowing the company to save time for project management and related deliverables. Planview Projectplace [enables a] shift from disorganized notes to a centralized platform where it's possible to keep track of global projects and easily and quickly share them with international teams.
