I selected Playvox as it is the platform my organization uses. I've never worked with another platform like this. In other companies I worked, procedures, communications and training were not saved, they were only communicated verbally and sometimes a document with what should be done, but nothing compared to the ease of using a Playvox.
With Playvox, our response time to customers has decreased because, as we can easily find an answer, we can improve our response time, in addition to passing on more assertive information to our customers. And when the customer receives his response quickly, he is happier, making the customer stay with the company and refer others.
With the pre-prepared procedures, I could improve my answers, it is crucial to pass the same information on a certain subject to 2 different clients. The entire organization must maintain a response and procedure line, so that we can have quality service for all our customers. And maintaining a quality service, new customers will emerge.

Playvox is very suitable for associations that have many employees, as it allows training, feedback, interaction between company colleagues, in addition to having all the relevant information for the good development of the work.
In many cases, large companies have difficulty in having all the information aligned with employees, and Playvox contributes so that everyone has access to information and training. For a small company with few employees and procedures, Playvox is not that necessary, but its implementation would standardize procedures and create an environment that employees could turn to whenever necessary.

Using Playvox

Playvox is an easy-to-use platform, all features are intuitive, which makes navigation easy. I never found navigation problems, I was always able to find all the items I needed, all the information is well separated, what could improve is the possibility of moving some items, putting the ones that I use the most in evidence.
