Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

Playvox is used by the organization as a key tool for measuring, coaching, and mentoring team members. It was used by the Customer Service Department and addresses the quality of the tickets, statistics, and peer mentoring, coaching sessions.
  • Coaching sessions regarding the new topics to the team members and leads. We have a different set of processes according to business needs. So Playvox will give a better view of understanding and the quiz on every topic.
  • Before the arrival of Playvox, the team members' statistics and rankings will be hard to view in excel, but the tool will help us to view the statistics and rankings of each parameter.
  • While evaluating the responses, each and every parameter was included in the evaluation process. So it would be helpful in reviewing the ticket.
  • The user experience could be much better and innovative.
  • Regarding the recognition badges, there was no description. The badges can be much more motivating rather than the old stuff.
  • If we have raised a dispute and submitted it, but if it was accidental or realized that no need to raise it. So if there is any delete or undo button, then it could be helpful.
  • Playvox has made the business objectives much easier to achieve.

  • Expenditures and investments that will increase long-term profitability of a business unit.

It was suitable for coaching sessions and e-learning. While doing audits, the quality team will find out some misses. So the coaching session will be more helpful and if we don't feel it was right then we can raise a dispute from our end. No need to use different platforms for communication regarding the coaching session.

According to the business requirements, the new process will be implemented and, it would be easy to learn while having a structured format in one place.
