We used to use print servers throughout our clinics, and it was a nightmare to maintain. With Vasion Print, deploying and maintaining printers is easier than ever. Letting the end-user add printers as needed is a game changer for all of us.

Basically having printers-on-demand from the end-user point of view
Adding new printers into the environment is very user-friendly
Making changes to/maintaining the printers in Vasion Print is easily done

Cons

The IP address of printers in Vasion Print don't update automatically if changed on the device.

Return on Investment

Has freed up more time for the support team to work on other projects/job priorities.
Makes the end-user a little bit less dependent on the support team
