Overall Satisfaction with PrinterLogic
We used to use print servers throughout our clinics, and it was a nightmare to maintain. With PrinterLogic, deploying and maintaining printers is easier than ever. Letting the end-user add printers as needed is a game changer for all of us.
- Basically having printers-on-demand from the end-user point of view
- Adding new printers into the environment is very user-friendly
- Making changes to/maintaining the printers in PrinterLogic is easily done
- The IP address of printers in PrinterLogic don't update automatically if changed on the device.
- Has freed up more time for the support team to work on other projects/job priorities.
- Makes the end-user a little bit less dependent on the support team
