Overall Satisfaction with Vasion PrinterLogic
We are a construction company with over 50 multifunction printers (MFPs) distributed among various offices and mobile trailers. Our print environment changes constantly as our trailers relocate and our users switch between different sites. This requires frequent printer management and updates. Vasion's PrinterLogic has simplified and automated this process for us, saving us a lot of time and hassle.
Pros
- Automated printer installation based on location
- Easy driver updates
- Granular ability to set default print driver options
Cons
- The web portal can be a little buggy, but this is very minor and is usually fixed by refreshing the page
- I would like to be able to force client settings refresh from the portal.
- This has freed up a lot of time for our IT staff that can be directed to higher-value tasks.
- The reporting feature is great. We can see the details of each print job
