Overall Satisfaction with PrinterLogic

We use it to manage print services for our end users. Our main goal was to eliminate the need for a print server while at the same time removing the headaches of deploying printers across our offices. PrinterLogic has freed up time for our helpdesk team to focus on other tasks.

The install took less than one hour without any guidance from PrinterLogic support. The documentation was very detailed and helpful with pictures and references. Once we took a meeting with support they were very helpful in configuring the portal and the printers just the way we wanted and needed them.
PrinterLogic helped us move our print server off an EOL device with ease. PrinterLogic took a headache of a project and made it so simple for our internal IT team. With this our internal security score made a huge jump upwards and made the executives happy.

PrinterLogic is very nice if you are a small business with multiple locations and many different brands of printers. Having one central, cloud based solution has saved us so much time. Instead of managing printers from the web portal of the manufacturer we can manage all of them from one portal.
