Overall Satisfaction with Procore

It is being used by our whole organization. Procore helps us be more organized on the complete job with all of the tools it has to offer. Additionally, I like it because it streamlines the process between the General Contractor and the Architect to help get answers faster.
  • Creating a submittal log that ties into your Microsoft Project schedule has been very helpful in keeping the project on schedule from the start.
  • Sending reminder e-mails to subcontractors and Architects in regards to old submittals and RFI's helps with
  • Attaching sketches to existing drawings does not come up well on the mobile app.
  • I have a much more streamlined system in regards to tracking RFI's, submittals, procurement logs, etc.
Procore is much faster and much more user friendly. Sage has the ability for custom reports that Procore does not have yet.
For being a General Contractor where you have multiple subcontractors, Procore is a must to track all subs and their submittals. For a subcontractor to buy Procore and try to use it internally, I do not see the value in that.
