Overall Satisfaction with Procore

I utilize ProCore throughout the construction process from estimating and bidding until the job is passed along to the project manager for the project. We utilize procore for the communication between contractors and the architect with RFIs and submittals in this process.
  • Usability for the users. ProCore allows the front end user to restrict the content abilities of the end users to allow control of who sees what and who can use what functions of the software.
  • There is difficulty at time setting up new users and clients to a project.
  • It has been a positive impact on our company overall. We try to utilize procore for all that it can do and hope for more.
I have not used other options.
The most use that I get out of ProCore is the submitter and RFI functions. It is an easy way to upload the documents and be able to see who's court the process is in. This allows for the sub contractors and us to see how long the architect has been reviewing the documents and if they have questions in real time.
