Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Procore is a great way to help your project team collaborate across all fronts including with the owner and design team and subcontractors. It keeps a project completely transparent and in my opinion, helps job performance and overall project mood. Procore is an asset for any team that needs a solution to help run an efficient, lean, and organized project.

Pros

  • Their ability to manage a budget is fantastic!
  • There is no need for transmittals or generating excess logs, everything is built in.
  • Drawing management is on a whole new level of easy!

Cons

  • Schedule management
  • Integration with BIM model
  • Increased communication
  • Increased project savings
Procore offers an all in one solution compared to these products which are good at one specific thing, but cost about the same.
Any building construction project over $10 million dollars.
