Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore has helped our company in many ways. The biggest benefit has been to organize all our information and have it in one place (submittals, daily logs, RFIs drawings, specifications, documents, and more). Having the information at your fingertips with the mobile app has been paramount in the way we function as a company. They listen to our feedback and are always working to improve for the customer's benefit.
- Photo storage and having a quick easy way to get these photos from the field to the office has helped transform the way we give weekly updates to owners. Especially the owners who are out of town from the projects.
- Drawing management. Finally an easy way to update drawings and keep a log of the changes in the drawings throughout the process.
- Daily Logs. We have become more organized and accurate in the way we track daily activities while using Procore's daily log tool.
- Granular permissions for more tools are needed.
- Schedule tool needs to be updated. Just not worth using for construction schedules.
- Photo Albums need to be organized in sub-folders. 2 years projects have thousands of photos and the list of albums can get lengthy.
- It has had a positive impact on our company. Our guys spend less time looking for information about their projects because they have the information on their iPads.
- We have seen a significant amount of savings because we do not print near as much as we use to.

Docunet was stuck in the past and was not progressing with and advancements. Procore is continually improving and working on new ways to make their product better. It has been great to see what they are working on and know that they are committed to working for their customers benefit.
