Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Procore is being used by everyone in upper management as well as two project supervisors to see if this is a program we would like to continue using from here on out. So far the organization layout works great for our needs. We still need time to dive into the other features Procore provides.

Pros

  • Makes it easy to see who is currently responsible for certain items.
  • Ease of adding RFI and Submittals
  • Punch List Walk are a breeze with this program

Cons

  • Update the You Tube video to match the current platform being used
  • Provide easier instructions for change orders
  • Provide more hands on training instead of videos
  • Positive - works well with our company philosophy
  • Negative - Requires a lot of time to learn
  • Positive - ease of use with other devices
  • Core Con
Not as many features as Procore, but a lot easier to use. We can do contract or budget change orders in less than 5 minutes. Procore has too many steaps and requirements you need to follow and do in the right order before you can complete a task. Very time consuming
Procure is a good project management software most suited to collaborative use. The software works well for writing RFIs, submittals, and DFRs. Tracking the status of project specific information is intuitive and presented well for all stakeholders. If the owners, engineers and construction managers are not all using computers and email, the software becomes more cumbersome to use and make project specific submittals. The software is designed around the use of emails. Correspondence by letters is not well supported. We have been told by Procore this is not a widely used feature of the software.
