Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is used as a construction management software system. We use it as a central system for document, budget, change, safety, and quality management. It helps us primarily with keeping track of important information and documents and communicating with key personnel and stakeholders.
Pros
- Procore streamlines communication
- Procore keeps everything in one spot
- Procore is simple and available for all team members
Cons
- Our biggest issue with Procore at the moment is that it cannot perform the accounting tasks needed for our company and cannot communicate with the accounting software we use.
- The positives have been everything I've mentioned that it has helped with the project management aspects. Downside would be the cost. At this point, it is early in our implementation and we are using it at a small scale, so it is difficult to accurately estimate any ROI, but we have certainly seen benefits.
Procore is much more intuitive and much easier to use than other softwares. The support is infinitely better and the implementation process doesn't even compare.
