Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We are currently using Procore for document management and cost related items. We have not fully transitioned the accounting into Procore but this process will begin shortly. The transition to procore has been really smooth, it has provided our field staff with a certainly located place to find all the information required to complete the job.

Pros

  • Mobile application is great.
  • Allows multiple users to view the same documents.

Cons

  • Change Event/Sub change order process is a work in progress.
  • I think procore has provided a positive impact on our overall business objectives. The more organized you are in the construction industry the less items slip through the cracks.
The mobile application is hands down better!
Construction is a constantly moving target, keeping track of everything in one centrally located spot is one less thing to keep track of. As a construction manager on fast pace jobs, it's important for all trades to have the most up to date information because rework is not an option with the aggressive schedules.
