Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is being used across the whole business, by site supervisors and managers up to director level. It's also interfaced with consultants and clients of ours. It addresses the main problem of project file management and communication (including but not limited to RFIs, submittals, punch lists, inspections, general documentation and estimating).
Pros

- Request for Information monitoring
- Formal Submissions
Cons
- Submittal layout is not very user-friendly
- iPhone app doesn't clear the cache and therefore can take up lots of space
- Drawing review via Procore would be adventurous
- Saves a lot of time and time equals money!
I've worked with a number of construction cloud based solutions and Procore is by far the best.
