Procore Review
Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We use ProCore across various projects on a day to day basis from estimating to operations and close out. It provides a central place for all construction documents for the project. We can assign various privileges to various individuals associated with the project.
Pros
- Drawings. A central location for all current and superseded drawings. We can designate which drawings are the most current and provide access to them to all our subs.
- Mobile. Mobile access via an app to the Procore system. Allows you to access via cell or via wi-fi.
- Ease of Use. System is actually pretty easy to use once you get past the learning curve.
- Support system. Procore support is really helpful. The support center has lots of articles and how to videos. Furthermore the live chat is super helpful.
Cons
- Learning Curve. Like any software, this one takes a little getting use to. Fortunately the learning curve isn't too bad.
- Default Permissions. Some of the default permissions are a little strange. Additionally some permissions such as Company Directory are only accessible by Company Admin. Editing of the Company Directory should be allowed to anyone via granular permissions.
- Not sure. I'm not the person to answer this questions.
