Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Procore is our company-wide, total management system. We are heavily utilizing the field for drawings, RFIs, submittals, and inspections. We are working to customize pieces of the financial module to fully take projects on board.
  • Customer Support, Feedback, Engagement - Procore is a constant resource for all types of work in the construction process
  • Easy to use - The sleek user interface makes it easy for even the most basic level of technology user
  • Custom - Procore has a wide range of custom features that allow for a one-stop-shop with management practices
  • Safety - The safety module is in the early stages and not up to the capability of other programs that we have used in the past (Predictive Solutions)
  • Large Client Base - Outreach is by no means a bad thing, but it challenges the customization process as it limits what a company can change about certain tools
  • I think that our company has truly benefited in the field from switching to Procore. We are now much more technological and accurate on site with the ability to get information out to subs immediately.
Procore takes Prolog and Bluebeam studio into one location. Bluebeams editing tools still have the upper hand currently, but with the integration that Procore does, there is still the opportunity to utilize the things you love.
Procore is fantastic when stating a project off in the beginning. It allows for the entire process to be tracked and eliminates the "he said, she said" situations that are often associated with the construction industry.

Evaluating Procore and Competitors

Yes - Prolog. It was outdated and not very user friendly. Procore has a lot more room for expansion and collaboration

  • Product Usability
CWC needed something that was easy for filed staff to transition to in the middle of projects while still keeping the pace. Procore did just that
Wouldn't change it. We found what we were looking for and if there is something we want to see them working on, they are more than willing to take suggestions
