Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Procore has allowed us to streamline all of our project information. Our guys can use it in the field. They get to come to the office a lot less, because they can just enter the information we need into Procore. This gives us more working time on the projects. They are constantly making quick fixes and upgrades based off user feedback. This is an extremely user-friendly product and I would recommend it to anyone.

Pros

  • Streamlines project information
  • Allows clients and subcontractors to view project information
  • Very user-friendly

Cons

  • Billing, we need to be able to create our own cost codes and make them all editable.
  • Positive. Less time coming to the office means more work being done on the job sites!
Procore can not do the billings like I can in Sage, but Procore streamlines way more information than Sage ever could. Once procore updates their billing to have editable cost code fields, I could work solely out of that instead of Sage.
Keeping all project information in one location makes running our projects easier. We have all the info at the top of our fingertips. I cannot think of a situation where this wouldn't be appropriate.
