Implementation Rating

Implementation and user adoption is fairly easy and Procore has great instructional videos and customer service representatives to help anyone who may have issues with this. It was very efficient and easy for us to set up our Procore accounts and begin using them. The mobile apps really help in the field.

Ease of Integration

Integration was easy and most GCs are moving to using Procore so it only makes sense for us to use it, I would rather use it than email because it can hold all of the files and communication we need in one place as opposed to multiple places, it also allows easier access in the field.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Procore is being used primarily to increase the efficiency of communication between our company and General Contractors. Procore has helped increase the efficiency of the submittals process and job changes effectively. We are really pleased with the ease of use and the organization that Procore allows us to have when managing multiple jobs from big to small.

Collaboration Benefits

We have benefited from this bridge and continue to benefit from the line of communication that Procore provides between subcontractors - GCs - and architects. So far Procore has met all of our needs when it comes to submittals, plans, in-field changes, and the communication of these items. A specific example would be the submittal process.

I have not used any other products like Procore.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited in helping document exchange and communication. It allows us to submit a document for review, receive the reviewer's notes, adjust document accordingly, and resubmit all in the same place where everyone can see the edits. I am not really sure where it is less appropriate, it can be used in the office or in the field.
