Overall Satisfaction with Procore

No.
I was able to pick it up and take advantage of it within a few days of starting
Used by our estimating department to track subcontractor bids across teams and the department

Pros

  • Synced notes to allow each user to see what the others completed.
  • Giving subcontractors easy access to important bid documents.
  • Easy communication between GC and subs.

Cons

  • Implement optional time-stamps on notes.
I have only used it within the office, so I cannot speak on it's capabilities out in the field
  • Reduces the amount of inter-communication required between teammates to complete tasks.
I have not used any other Procore-like products in the past.
It is fairly perfect for the tasks we ask of it
