Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We use the product across our whole company. Accounting to the site foreman it keeps us all on the same page. It's an automated reminder for our office and our subcontractors, it's like having a couple of office aids full time. We have used the documentation and tracking in a number of disputes that would be much more difficult to win if we had to track down and compile the information ourselves.

- The accounting and construction divisions can each view the same information in a way that makes the most sense to them.
- Procore is always improving, and because of that, it is changing. Those who do not stay on top of it can get confused and frustrated.
- Beginning level buy-in and adoption. Our less tech-savvy subcontractors can be a challenge.
- There are some areas where, if you make a mistake, it is difficult to correct because Procore is built in layers.
Procore has improved the communication of changes in costs and production across all levels of our company. The drawing feature updates everyone and allows the people on site to see real-time changes. The Prime contract change orders and subcontract change orders are linked and self populate for ease in producing those.

- A single superintendent is able to keep up the job demand further into the project without assistance.

Procore not only puts all of the information we need in one place it organizes is it well. Each time we go into Procore for information it can present it in a new way. This gives us the flexibility to review each aspect and find flaws and room for improvement. It helps us to identify which goals are worth pursuing.
