Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Mainly used in a construction management role, change order control. It addresses the issue of coordination with trade/customers/consultants into one place.
- Accountability to all stakeholders for tasks with important timelines and completion dates.
- Great tool for clients to track the progress of the project and identify potential roadblocks.
- The moving from a change event to a change order is not very user-friendly or intuitive. The menus tend to be a bit unwieldy and sometimes hard to find.
It is a great feature for clients and consultants. There are many clients in this information age looking for something relatively user-friendly where they can get regular updates on their own without having to wait for a return phone call or email. Procore helps to provide instant updates. It can go a long way to creating a better relationship with a client.
- Time and paperless options are definitely an asset in this age of sustainability.
- Price of the software to me is still a negative as you are not purchasing the product, merely renting it and the rental cost, if you don't have enough projects, can be quite high.

Visibility through accessibility is the most important goal through the Project management module for our organization. Creating easy to read change order documents enables the client and consultants to review and approve change order much quicker and easier. Safety is also enhanced especially with projects which have identifiable hazards. It allows our site foremen to properly coordinate safety meetings and create and safer and thereby more efficient job site.
