Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Procore is used by our operations department primarily. It used to manage the RFI and submittal process, as well as keeping up to date plans and specs for our field staff. The software allows us to eliminate discrepancies between the office and the field, and it would say that is the main problem that it addresses.

Alternatives Considered

I have not used other products that compare to Procore, but while talking with others who have, those who are now using Procore much prefer it compared to other products. Procore is more commonly selected due to the range of available features that come with it, as well as the pricing as compared to other platforms.

Collaboration Benefits

This is one of the primary reasons my company adopted the use of Procore, to share with not only internal team members but those who are external as well. We benefit from this on a daily basis, as our subcontractor's view all of the plans in the field every day using the software. Our owners also use the software for viewing submittals, RFIs, tracking payment, etc. on the jobs they are associated with.

Return on Investment

Procore has saved an abundance of time in preparing paperwork.
Procore increases efficiency by being able to run reports with the click of a button.
Some people still have not adopted the full use of Procore.

Procore helps our organization achieve these goals by our team working together to ensure all of the current information for a project is currently uploaded to Procore and available for all team members. It also helps us to document job site conditions when performing pre-construction audits, which save time and money at the end of the day.

Ease of Integration

I give Procore a rating of 9 because I truly believe it to be one of the best cloud-based, project management software on the market. As with any software, there are a few things I would change, but overall the functionality works great on a day to day basis and has shown to increase our companies productivity substantially, resulting in a good ROI.

Likelihood to Recommend

Procore is very well suited for commercial construction companies who utilize project teams consisting of both field and office staff. Like I've said previously it is great for being able to share up to date information not only with the internal team but the external team as well. Procore would be less appropriate if only being used for a file transfer software.
