Overall Satisfaction with Procore

I normally create and upload drawings to projects and any related documents. We manage all of our commercial jobs in Procore. It took us a while to dig deep into all the features, but we are happy for the most part with this solution due to cost and expandability.
  • Viewing drawings
  • Daily Logs
  • PDF viewer
  • Syncing of files
  • Saved time due to multiple users
  • Saved money
We have not integrated with Computerease, but they do have a limited integration. Procore with Outlook doesn't work with the desktop app so that is not helpful for us.
Daily logs are easy to use. We have no major issues with them at this time.
PlanGrid has you beat with how they handle PDF's and drawings, but Procore is way cheaper in our case. There was no way we could justify spending several thousand more on PlanGrid
Our biggest issues with Procore fall back to the PDF viewer. A lot of our documents can be hundreds of pages. Searching for keywords is not a very effective way to get to page 500. Normally we export the file to "Books" in IOS where the PDF viewer is much more intuitive and functional. Sometimes we don't always have everyone's contact information in the system. Sometimes it would be nice to be able to type a user's contact information in.
