Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is used as a means for all parties involved in a project to communicate and share information quickly. Daily usage includes; managing submittals for new construction projects, tracking progress and schedules, viewing and submitting updated drawings, RFI's and SSK's. Procore is great at holding all parties accountable via submittal schedules. You can see what items are on time and which items are past due. I believe this encourages better communication amongst all parties.
- Schedules and Reminders - The notification system can be a great way to help stay on top of things.
- Submittals - It's very easy to send drawings and other info to all applicable parties.
- Cloud Access - It's great to be able to access most information on a project instantly online.
- Search & Sorting - Sometimes it's hard to locate a particular item using the search function.
- Project Navigation - The site isn't the easiest to navigate.
- Emails - Receiving too many emails can be overwhelming. Be sure to fine tune your notification settings.
- Procore has helped keep me more productive and organized
