Procore is rubbish
Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Sorry, but in my opinion, Procore is rubbish and way overpriced for what it actually delivers, which for medium size builders managing projects from start to finish, is not very much. Sure, if you have a staff of hundreds where everyone has just one job, it might work but I doubt it. In my experience, it's the worst package I have ever used and worst service and support I have ever experienced. Do not waste your time with their sales garbage.
Pros
- Insurance register worked ok, but no quicker than manually using Excel!
Cons
- Interface and interaction differs from module to module
- In my opinion, horrendously expensive for what it actually delivers
- In my opinion, quote requesting and tendering contractors module was a joke
- In my experience, budgeting is unnavigable and overly complex
- In my experience, permissions were a nightmare
- Spent more time managing the software than managing the project
- I feel the support team in constant denial there is anything wrong
- In my experience, the help desk never read emails properly and must use keywords or crappy AI to answer questions with irrelevant answers. VERY annoying.
- In my opinion, I wasted $15K on a year long experiment with Procore that no contractor or owner liked.
Zero impact. In my experience, any decent contractors just got lost in it and out of 100 who were invited to connect, only one ever did or could - just an appalling interface from start to finish.
Complete rubbish.
