Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I'm setting up/uploading all initial job info/documentation, drawings, and specs for projects we're working on. I also upload drawing revisions and documents as need once a job is set up. It keeps me from entering duplicate information that may or may not have already been entered by someone else. It also makes it easier to find information once uploaded.

Cons

Spec Area section needed, like how you can have multiple drawing areas.
Uploading time - not sure this one is possible.
Keyword search within the home screen.

Saving time, which in turn saves money on having a system all employees can easily access on a jobsite.

I use Procore at the beginning of the process and to add things along the way as needed, I'm not typically using any 3rd party software for this action.

Likelihood to Recommend

Procore having the drawing sections tool is very helpful for when a project has multiple buildings/areas, that way you aren't having to add any identifying characters to each drawing number and/or discipline to make it easily noticeable which building/area it goes with.

Being able to click on someone's email from within the project directory would be helpful.
