Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We use Procore to manage all our projects from Preconstruction to Closeout phases. Having all information in one tool is a great way to manage projects whether they be big or small. I highly recommend Procore to any GC, Subcontractor, or Architect. Procore's customer service is top notch and all representatives are knowledgeable.

  • On Change Event Tool-when entering the line items, have to click multiple times to make a selection
  • Save time on data entry
  • Save time chasing down compliance docs
We use DocuSign for all subcontractor invoicing, signing change orders, signing contracts.
We use Built for our Lien Waivers. I'm excited to see where Procore Pay takes us and I can get rid of Built!

50 - Our entire team uses Procore; Preconstruction, Construction, Field Staff, Executives, Safety, Accounting, and Management.
1 - Our company has one dedicated Procore user that manage the software. This person the Procore Administrators for the company. All changes are tracked and updated. New products are examined.
