Procore has been a key pillar to simplifying our tasks. Helps us keep teams on schedule, stay within budget, ensure quality and maintain a safe work environment. It is highly customizable at purchase so we can choose the tools we need making it a good fit for any work we allocate it.

Pros

  • Outstanding customer service, training and ongoing technical support.
  • Straightforward pricing model.

Cons

  • The submittal process is a bit cumbersome.
  • Reporting features are not advanced.
  • Steep learning curve.
  • Offers flexibility when it comes to picking and choosing specific features.
  • Unmatched ability to customize.
  • Has made communication with team members, task assignment and time tracking easy for us.
Box Software. Has made work environment quite friendly by saving more time to work on other things. The integration was smooth and successful.

Beyond just projects management, Procore includes daily logs to keep teams accountable, work-in-progress reports, to-do lists for creating and tracking action items, scheduling functionality and other collaboration features that help with efficiency and meeting deadlines. However, the reporting features need to be improved to make more effective and user friendly.
