Overall Satisfaction with Procore
As a national contractor specializing in historic preservation, we rely on Procore both as our internal project management solution and as a collaboration tool when working with GCs, CMs, and owners who implement it. Internally, it has been a game changer, especially for projects where our project management team may not have a constant on-site presence. Procore has provided us with invaluable insight into daily project operations, significantly improving organization and efficiency across our projects

Cons
- T&M tracking is a great feature, but could be expanded upon to give those who use it a little more control over the data they are inputting.
- Customizing the tools and fieldsets has a bit of a learning curve and can be streamlined.
- Would like to see integration so that 360 photos are supported as well as video upload.
- Save time on completing daily logs
- Save time on tracking down forms and information from the field staff

Procore is far more userfriendly and adaptable than Plangrid or CMIC. It's a much more intuitive platform with better functionality and ease of use.
