Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Procore is a very very reliable tool for us internally to manage all our current and upcoming construction projects. Streamline information flow, document management, communication with all project members including owner or owner's rep, sub-contractors, 3rd tier vendors, etc. Very helpful in construction change order tracking, realtime financial tracking, manpower tracking etc. Also help ed us on dispute resolution.

Nothing yet. But we are looking at integrating MRI, Docusign and Microsoft Schedule with Procore currently.
I can see the progress that every construction project is making on daily basis on procore. We could not see this type of progress or reporting metrics on facilities management projects that we do internally.

Managing multiple projects at the same time, real time tracking of manpower log in daily reports, financial management, overall dashboard on portfolio page, etc. Streamlined submittal, RFI and Change Event reviews, approvals, etc. Bidding module is really great as well.
