Overall Satisfaction with Projectplace
We use Projectplace for most of our projects within our organization, across all business areas. One big reason is that it is really easy to connect people from different organizations to a common workplace, without having to create accounts, install third party solutions etc. An important factor is also that Projectplace is easy to understand, so the learning curve is not steep.
- Easy to connect people.
- Easy to learn.
- Continually evolving.
- Possibility to create different project templates.
- Possibility to select when the "update status" email will be sent.
- Better/clearer support for SCRUM.
- Ability to archive (and thus hide) finished cards on a board.
Microsoft Project Server requires more initial customization and is harder to connect to from across different organizations.
