Overall Satisfaction with Planview Projectplace

We use Projectplace for project management activities for all departments in different countries in English.

Pros

  • Comments on documents.
  • Project status.
  • Online support.

Cons

  • Documents re: plugins are very unclear on what to install and why.
  • Different browsers support. Sometimes slow or unpredictable behavior on different browsers'
  • Unusable plan section. Plan is not readable and difficult to use. Should manually create tasks for all activities.
  • Can't see all tasks for one user on different board in one place'
