Overall Satisfaction with Prophix

Prophix currently being used by the entire Finance department for budgeting, forecasting, financial and utilization reporting. Thanks to Prophix, we have decreased the number of days spent doing these tasks.
  • Financial reporting- quick and very clean reports that can be easily accessed by all users
  • Forecasting- simple processes that allow us to do more consistent and accurate projections
  • Budgeting- great tool to budget based on historical data and also from the bottom up
  • The system has been functioning slower than in prior years
  • We wish the new forecasting feature could take more combinations
  • Thanks to Prophix we have decreased the amount of hours used on creating monthly projections and annual budgeting.
We are fully out of excel
Prophix easily integrates to other systems. It only requires a one-time set up and very little to no maintenance.
We are in the cloud. The performance was great after the implementation but it has been decreasing since then.
